Nestled between hillsides of citrus and avocado groves, this California coastal property came with an old horse stable that needed a new purpose. Our clients wanted a space that could double as guest quarters and an entertainment zone adjacent to the pool and gardens. That place where wet feet can enter no problem, and where summer night hosting can take place outside the main living area. The finished project, complete with a king-size bed, full ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining and living spaces, has become a cozy escape for our clients and their guests to enjoy.
